About the prints

All prints are made and framed by hand in the USA.

Premium quality C-Prints using high-end Noritsu and Chromira printers on professional Kodak Endura photo papers so that you always receive the longest-lasting and highest-quality photographic prints available.

  • Kodak Endura Glossy: Glossy is a shiny finish that offers vibrant colors. Glossy prints are printed on Kodak Endura Paper.

  • Kodak Endura Lustre: Lustre is a matte finish that is fingerprint-resistant. It offers the same color saturation as Glossy, without the extra glare. Also printed on Kodak Endura Paper.

How will I know when my order ships?
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order. And an email will also be sent to the same email address when your order ships. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

What shipping do you offer?
Small prints - Domestic (US) orders are estimated to arrive within 5-12 business days. Small prints - International orders are estimated to arrive within 17-31 business days. Large prints - Domestic (US) orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 weeks. Large, limited prints - International orders are estimated to arrive within 3-6 weeks.

Choice of shipping: Either a Flat rate via USPS or Expedited from UPS/FEDEX.

Pricing & Payment
Pricing — Prices are subject to change without notice; generally larger prints are of higher quality than their smaller counterparts and prices reflect this. All prices are in American dollars.

Payment —Secure payments are made and processed directly with Strip or Paypal - your choice. All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit Card. Credit card information is not seen, or stored by this website.

Cancellations — We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed and apologize for any inconvenience. Please be careful when ordering online and make sure the quantity and size is exactly what you want before confirming your order.

Damaged Prints
Delivery of Damaged Prints — If the printed image arrives with damage or flaws, please contact us ASAP with a photo of the damage. Note: The image area is the area inside of the white border. Regardless of how carefully we package our prints, corners and edges can be damaged in by mail shippers, handlers, and mail carriers. It is because of potential problems such as these that we print on paper much larger than the image size; this allows for a protective border around the image. To be clear: the sole purpose of the white border is to protect the image. In addition to protecting the image area during shipping, the border will help protect the image when framed. Frame molding or a mat will cover smudges on the white border. If any creases on the edges or corners of the white border concern you, simply have your framer trim them back to 1/4 inch - the standard width.
